League games are in the Metro East Youth Football League. Games will be played across the east metro suburbs. Most games will take place on the weekend. Our Cheerleaders will likely be divided in to three squads. A Squad (Primarily older girls and those who are performance ready), B Squad (Younger athletes and those who need more development), and Little Ladies for third grade and under. The coach will assign the squads based on level to games that align with the age and level of the teams playing. A team may be requested for performances and additional showcases before, during and after the season.
INCLUSIVEOur program offers cheerleading for athletes in grades 1-8, providing a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Participants will learn fundamental cheer techniques of HBCU style Stomp and Shake. It does not require stunts or tumbling which makes it safe for any to participate but extremely challenging for all!
Youth cheerleading is a dynamic and growing activity that offers a fantastic way for girls to build confidence, self esteem, develop athleticism, and become part of a supportive team. Beyond spirited routines and sideline support, cheerleading emphasizes physical fitness, coordination, and mental toughness. It's a sport that teaches discipline, time management, and the invaluable skill of working collaboratively towards shared goals.
